Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation (CEDC) will be honoring a long beloved Cabrillo employee Maria B. Hernandez who passed away last year due to cancer. Dia De Amor Y Amistad will take place at Paseo Santa Clara/Paseo del Rio apartments. The purpose of this event is to revitalize the community center located in the apartments that will be named after her. Overall this community event will be open to all community members and agency volunteers, incorporating multiple community building activities to improve the property and surrounding neighborhood.
