We are proud to announce that ground has been broken on the Dolores Huerta Gardens in Oxnard! We thank all of you that have stood with us in attaining this great achievement.  This edition of our Cabrillo Vistas Newsletter is dedicated to the Dolores Huerta Gardens Groundbreaking Ceremony. In the words of Dolores Huerta – Si se puede!

Groundbreaking ceremony was a huge sucess!

October 4, 2023 is a day to be remembered!  We broke ground on the the Dolores Huerta Gardens Apartments, the 58-unit affordable housing development will provide much-needed housing for farmworkers and the homeless veteran community in Ventura County. It will consist of 3 residential buildings and will include a community room, a tot lot, BBQ area, and a community garden space in a central courtyard.
